LH-S06 focuses on the quality of prepared wire ends. Once insulation is removed, the conductor should remain suitable for termination. Fine-stranded wire calls for attention to isolated broken strands and stretching. Wires with the same outside diameter may require different conditions because their conductors differ. Treat jacket removal and individual-core stripping as separate operations.
Establish strip length from the next terminal’s barrel geometry instead of carrying over a previous setting. Too short prevents seating; too long changes exposed-conductor position. With a new batch or harder insulation, inspect a few prepared samples before continuous work.
