Select the piping system before the tool

Building services can combine copper pressing, PEX rings, clamps, expansion and other connections. End preparation, components and inspections differ. LIHENGRIX separates copper and PEX families so installers can identify the joining principle rather than treating all pipe connections as one pressing operation.

From assembly planning to acceptance

For a service-room branch, establish medium and system requirements before checking tube, fitting and tool compatibility. Preserve insertion, jaw and handle access at each joint. Nearby valves and brackets can obstruct a previously accessible connection. Record locations and complete system tests before concealment, retaining required inspection evidence.

Separate tool checks from system tests

Jaw checks, ring gauges and piping tests address different questions. A neat-looking joint does not remove required testing. Retain system and fitting identities so later maintenance uses the correct component rather than a visually similar one.

Clear interface or workpiece photographs with component identities and dimensional information.
Wire, tube or rope material and specification, with representative sample conditions where needed.
Working clearance, frequency, existing tools and the specific problem to resolve.
Required inspections and records, including responsibility for reviewing substitutions and changes.
