What is LIHENGRIX Tools?

Established in 2022 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Zhejiang Lihengrix Tools Co., Ltd. focuses on connection tools and associated products. We begin with the connection part, bringing tools, terminals, contacts, fittings and working requirements together for professional assembly, maintenance and tool distribution.

Which product areas does LIHENGRIX cover?

LIHENGRIX focuses on terminal crimping, wire preparation, industrial contacts, wire rope, stainless ties, copper and PEX connections, and electrical accessories.

How do the LH-F06 and LH-I06 differ?

They address different terminal types: LH-F06 for ferrules, and LH-I06 for insulated terminals. Match the terminal type and tooling requirements.

Is the LH-S06 a crimping tool?

Its purpose is wire stripping. It is a wire preparation tool direction, separate from terminal crimping.

Where can I find specifications?

Each model page provides an overview, connection parts, selection inputs and applications. The product catalogue is available to download.

Is LIHENGRIX the same as 砺珩工具?

Yes. LIHENGRIX is the English brand name, and LIHENGRIX Tools is its English display name.

Are copper press and PEX crimp-ring tools interchangeable?

They belong to different connection systems. LH-P16 and LH-X20 have separate documentation; pipe, fitting, ring and tool requirements must be matched.

Does a connector housing number determine the crimp tool?

The internal contact family, conductor and positioning accessory also need to be identified. Start with documentation for the actual contact.

Does ferrule color establish wire size?

Colors assist sorting but systems vary. Use part numbers, wire sizing and dimensional information.

Are checks needed after a ratchet cycle?

Yes. A completed stroke does not establish orientation, conductor seating or die compatibility.

Can copper rings and stainless clamps share a tool?

Their forming areas and methods differ. Use the tooling specified for the connection. See the PEX method comparison.

Does a matching profile letter establish copper-jaw compatibility?

No. Confirm that the fitting system accepts the tool, jaw and size combination.

Do plastic handles establish live-work suitability?

No. A grip covering is different from an explicit electrical protection rating. Prepare wires under appropriate isolation and verified de-energized conditions.

Does a swage gauge pass establish lifting suitability?

A gauge checks specified dimensions. Lifting and other critical loads require complete component, design and acceptance conditions.

What helps diagnose a connection problem?

Provide workpiece identity, material and dimensions, tool model, paired components and clear connection photographs, plus the step where the problem occurs.

Can a selection brief omit customer names?

Project identities can be omitted by agreement while retaining relevant materials, dimensions, interfaces and conditions.
