Control-panel wiring connects terminal blocks, protective devices, relays, contactors and equipment interfaces. Copper conductors may need different terminations at each location. LIHENGRIX organizes preparation, ferrule, insulated-terminal and cable-management tooling around these distinct tasks.

A terminal-strip wiring workflow

Confirm wire identifiers and terminal positions from the drawing, cut the wire and arrange marking, then prepare the ends for the selected terminal. Ferrules require complete strand insertion; ring terminals also need a matched mounting hole. Install the connection by the equipment instructions and retain circuit identification. Planning this sequence avoids inaccessible markers and interface-size rework.
