A removable equipment-module interface

A removable module benefits from a clearly defined interface. Identify crimp, screw or spring termination before preparing the conductor. With crimp contacts, follow termination with cavity assembly, strain relief and housing closure. Cable restraint should not transmit continuous pulling directly into the crimped contact.
